With the ToDo list app, you kill two birds with one stone

On the one hand, you will find the ToDo list in record types such as tasks, projects, sales opportunities, etc.

On the other hand, you can use a simple personal ToDo list that is visible only to you and allows you to quickly capture your tasks. Just type it in, press Enter, and you’re done—just like the simple apps you probably know from the app store.

However, these ToDos are located exactly where you work all day anyway—inside the CRM, close to your customers and your projects. This eliminates the need for maintaining a second list.
