openRoute Route Planner Module
The openRoute module integrates fully into the SmartDesign interface of CAS genesisWorld, where it provides a dedicated route planner app.
The app allows you to plan a single route or an entire tour. In addition, address markers from other contact lists can be displayed and added to the route with a single click. The planned route is transferred directly to the CAS genesisWorld calendar.
You can enter a starting address, as well as appointment and break times. The kilometres travelled are saved for your expense reporting. The module is available in three different versions; even the standard version offers extensive options for planning a route efficiently.

Route planner
Plan your own personalised route. To do this, you can access existing address views or search freely for contacts in CAS genesisWorld.
Each address can be added individually to a route.
Simply set the order of your route using drag and drop.
Tour planner
You can use the Tour Planner to plan and optimise day trips. You specify a starting address and plan the corresponding destination addresses. The route optimisation function calculates the best route and guides you back to your starting address.
Appointment and break times are taken into account in the calculation.
All information, including arrival and departure times, is transferred to the calendar.
For your expense reporting, the kilometres travelled are recorded in the calendar entries.
Address marker
Address views can be displayed as markers on a map. The markers are categorised using a colour scheme, allowing you to visualise customers, prospects or other address types.
You can access detailed information about the last contact, turnover and further contact details. Each address marker can be added to a route.
CAS genesisWorld
The CAS genesisWorld CRM offers two options: You can use the OpenRoute app, which is based on Google Maps and includes its convenient features (a Google Business account is required, which may incur costs), or you can use the version based on YelloMap, which enables fully GDPR-compliant use.

In the SmartWe cloud-based CRM, you also have two options: you can use the OpenRoute app based on Google Maps with its convenient features (a Google Business account is required, which may incur costs), or based on YelloMap, which enables fully GDPR-compliant use.
