We have developed a to-do checklist for the cloud CRM SmartWe, now available in the SmartWe App Store. This allows you to capture and organize tasks directly in the CRM, without needing separate note-taking or task management apps.

How to manage your own daily to-dos and the small subtasks of larger tasks directly in SmartWe CRM

Here you get 2 in 1:

1.) In the checklist app, you record your own tasks that you need or want to complete today and can check off one by one. If it turns out that some tasks are bigger than expected, you can convert them into tasks with the usual properties.

This is where you focus on your own tasks for the day. Of course, to-dos remain open if they are not completed, but the idea is that you are in control of your day – not the other way around.

2.) The small to-dos that belong to larger tasks – you can easily enter them directly within the task. You know how it goes: you’re organizing an event and handling numerous subtasks, each with their own to-dos: selecting catering – which includes gathering quotes, internal coordination, preparing proposals, and so on.

Here you handle the small to-do tasks directly in the relevant record in the CRM – right where they originate.

Instead of saving notes in external tools or maintaining separate task lists, you now keep everything in one central place.
