Your Responsibilities
- Implementation, support, and further development of modern CRM systems
- Project management: keeping timelines and budgets on track while ensuring transparent client communication
- Optimizing digital processes and supporting marketing and sales activities
- Ensuring high data quality and maintaining customer data consistently
- Close collaboration with marketing, project management, and executive leadership
- Shaping and expanding your area of responsibility with an entrepreneurial mindset
Your Profile
- Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to present results clearly and convincingly to clients
- Confidence in making independent decisions, including the ability to say no when needed
- A strong customer-focused mindset — building relationships and opening doors for new projects
- A plus: experience in IT projects
