Route planner module openRoute
The openRoute module is fully integrated into the SmartDesign interface of CAS genesisWorld and provides a dedicated route planner app.
The app offers the option of planning a route or the entire route. In addition, address markers from other contact lists can be displayed and added to the route with a click. The planned route is transferred directly to the CAS genesisworld calendar.
It is possible to enter a start address as well as appointment and break times. The kilometers incurred are saved for your expense recording. The module is available in three different versions. Even the standard version offers extensive options for planning a tour efficiently.

Route planner
Plan your individual route. To do this, you can access existing address views or search freely for contacts in CAS genesisWorld.
Each address can be added individually to a route.
Simply define the order of your route using drag and drop.
Tour planner
You can use the tour planner to plan and optimize day tours. You specify a start address and plan the corresponding destination addresses. The route optimization calculates the optimum route and takes you back to your starting address.
Appointment and break times are taken into account in the calculation.
All information is transferred to the calendar with arrival and departure times.
The kilometers driven are recorded in the calendar entries for your expense report.
Address marker
Address views can be displayed as markers on a map. The markers are classified using a colour scheme and can thus visualize customers, prospects or other address types.
You receive detailed information about the last contact, turnover and other contact data. Each address marker can be added to a route.
CAS genesisWorld
In CRM CAS genesisWorld, you can choose between two variants: You can use the OpenRoute app based on Google Maps with the convenient Google Maps features (Google Business account required, which may incur costs) or based on YelloMap, which enables fully GDPR-compliant use.

In Cloud CRM SmartWe, you can also choose between two options: You can use the OpenRoute app based on Google Maps with convenient Google Maps features (Google Business account required, which may incur costs) or based on YelloMap, which enables completely GDPR-compliant use.
